Was an excellent seamstress and helped support her family by taking in sewing. Also was a fine cook. She also did painting on china, which she learned from the Sisters of Charity where she had attended school.

Rosanna lost her house in 1940 and moved to an apartment on Ann Street where she lived for a few years. After her brother, Joseph Andrew Dacovich Sr. built an apartment house at 1123 Dauphin Street, she lived there until her death.
